So yeah we went up to a place called St.Alexis-des-monts (google it if you wanna see just where it is) and it was fucking AWESOME

We ate, drank, fished (fruitlessly) blazed and laughed for the entire weekend on this private lake my buddy lives on (private like there's 3 cottages on the whole thing, and a total of 3 people on the whole goddamn thing)

I got a ton of pics but my fave would probably be this one

HA try NO dipping, FUCK it was REALLY cold, ice in every "puddle", the ground frozen solid, the lake being spring-fed was freezing cold and you wouldn't want to get wet since the wind was also brutal.

Oh and I know pics of rocks and trees and water are common- but these pictures are in french

(Seriously only 2 people in the whole area spoke really any english, even my buddies daughter at age 11 could NOT communicate with us much past "Salut")
