most tv sucks these days, but there are some shining examples of good writing, acting, camera work, etc... we call those Deadwood and Arrested Development. Family Guy sucks ass, though...

My lord, that's not very auspicious as far as inaugural Topics threads go. It's kinda gay.
No wonder JKR3R was BANNED!!!

Scrubs is no longer on the air, so this is the Cougartown Topic now.
Which is also by Bill Lawrence and is just as hilarious as Scrubs.
Discuss.
Every show you mention liking and/or starting a thread for gets canned (or moved to TBS which is like death).
Could you possibly start a 2 1/2 Men thread?

I'd much rather he start watching How I Met Your Mother and The Big Bang Theory... and never start watching Community (despite the upcoming season probably being the last).

Scrubs is back. Watched the first two episodes on Hulu. It was very much like slipping on a comfortable well worn article of clothing. I feel like I didn’t laugh out loud at any of the jokes, so much as just smiled contentedly at the consistency between the new series and the old one. Plenty pf new characters to get used to, and a couple fun cameos from old ones(Hooch is still crazy.) Faison and Braff’s genuine friendship is a joy to watch.
And the show is a constant reminder at how atrocious health care in America is. Fuck the entire system and the conservative chodes that perpetuate it with their voting.
After all these years, I do believe the original Scrubs is officially my favorite sitcom of all time. Other more recent shows like Brooklyn 99 and Community have got close, but I think Scrubs is at the top.

Scrubs, Community, and Parks and Recreation are my interchangeable top 3. Depends on my mood.
The revival was really good. It feels like the show never really left.
I'm just a little disappointed that some characters are just recurring. And a few haven't shown up...yet.
