Amy Winehouse was hot? Cocaine is a hell of a drug!!

I've said before, she has an awesome voice. I really think the style of her songs (total Motown throwbacks with explicit lyrics) is a gimmick that will get old quickly, and she'll be one of a million talented Motown sound-alikes getting no real money. (Listen to something by Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings if you have a chance. They're fucking awesome, way better than Winehouse, and without the stupid "edgy" gimmick.)

Amy herself is 99% of the show. The music follows FAR behind the fashion.... which falls a great, great distance behind the morbid fascination of just watching her spiral.

In that pic, she looks like the little sister from Party of Five - what a sad change.

I'm actually glad she won the award for Album of the Year. I haven't heard it but I don't really give a shit if it's good or not. She had an car bomb of a fucking year personally and at least that's one bright spot we can recall once she's safely dead.... about a year from now I'm guessing.
