Just watched a Tom Petty concert on TV and Stevie Nicks was with him. Not sure how I never noticed it before, but she and Carrie Fisher look a lot alike.

Does it refer to Luke, or to the one (Rey) who is left when Luke is axed?

It refers to Luke, for me, for now. We've waited this long, he'll be the focal point of this movie & Rey will be along for the ride. I'm not sure what the climactic events will be, but I'm flipping and flopping between Luke dying to Kylo or fading into the Force like Obi Wan and Yoda did before him (and I suppose they could be intertwined, like Obi Wan's passing). Either way, he'll be gone & leave Rey to finish her training on her own by the end of the movie, and to finish her training she'll need to face Kylo and Snoke. It will make for a good movie, but it will be depressing as hell to find out that none of our OT favourites will get the happy ending they all worked so hard for 30 years ago.

When Carrie Fisher died, I read an
article that said...
Leia was supposed to confront Kylo Ren in the final movie. It didn't say how the conversation was supposed to go.

They mesh pretty well.
But the video of the day goes to the guy who made Queen's Don't Stop Me Now play over the Vader scene.

I like the mesh video, but in my mind there is some time that passes for the pursuit, wouldn't you say? I'm not saying days or anything, but they wouldn't run together exactly as shown I don't think.

I think you could play Don't Stop Me Now over any movie clip and it would be funny. Didn't they do it in one scene of Shaun of the Dead?

I agree. Every other time someone hits hyperspace in Star Wars, the chase is over. But since Vader was already on a Rebel ship, he probably could have got Leia's destination from someone and got there fairly quickly. Which brings up the question...What was Leia going to do with the Death Star plans before she got caught? Was she heading to Alderaan? Was it always her plan to take it to Kenobi?
