Check out Scrubs. I usually hate sitcoms, but this is the best .5hr show Ive seen in a couple of years - pretty much the only one I've cared about since "Sports Night" which should still be on as well. TV is shit. When does Survivor start?

yeah, one of my friends is really into that show. i've never really been able to catch it. i actually watch very little tv these days, now that the x-files is off the air. i guess the only thing i TRY to catch (unsuccessfully) is the simpsons...

HA, I am that friend...now representin' on the forums. Scrubs is a spectacular show. It is high up on my TiVo list to get it whenever its on. Monk is also a good show with Tony Shaloub. Not as humerous, but just as clever and .5 hours longer...very good.

Scrubs is funny. I saw a preview for the new season, it shows Ellie (I think that's her name - the blonde Canadian girl that used to be on Roseanne as the replacement blonde sister, wow that's a long parenthesis use there, yesireebob)in a nice pink bra. Wood.

I just saw Im a wannabe ninja! Cool! What I really wannabe is a Kung Fu Master. Tiger Style. I really took Shaolin for 3 years and still practice!! Ninja's good for the forums, though. Thanks DV.

also, i'm looking around for a modificaiton to the forums that allows multiple rankings - (i.e. jedi/sith at ssg...) and kung fu would be an awesome alternative! i love kung fu, especially praying mantis style - once i start actually making money, i'm going to sign up at a praying mantis school around here. i was learning it from an architecture grad student at pratt while i was there... it's awesome!

I saw that too, very funny - but haven't seen fuck all else this season. I keep flipping it on halfway through or right at the end and saying fuck it. I'll do better in reruns with any luck.

Was this show ever funny? Well, once in a great while it is. Sarah Chalke is kinda hot. But I don't think they run that hospital in any realistic fashion. If they did, there would be way to many malpractice lawsuits for it to remain a fiscally viable medical facility.

Neither of those responses was of any great help to furthering the discussion of this television program. And I did some research online and you know what I discovered? Giraffes aren't real. They are based on the drawings of a 8 year old son of a French Ambassador to Guyana in the early 20th century. He was trying to draw a horse, but also a dog. It came out looking silly and when his father asked him, he responded in some French gibberish that sounded like "Je rafe" which is french for "I suck". This led to photoshopping of actual "giraffe" photos online and some amateur CGI footage. But noone is fooled except you twits that think everything you read online is gospel. ha ha. Simpering coalmarks.
