Citizens, the Joker has made himself more obvious. He seems to have had some sort of... breakdown, as he is no longer quite the snazzy dresser... and his makeup is mussed. I suspect his boner scheme has been taking more out of him than he'd planned.
We must put a stop to the Joker and his... boners. I reiterate, if you see him, contact myself or Jim Gordon... immediately.
