I don't remember if there's a thread here about these already, but they fucking irritate me. I don't smoke, but I want to light up every time I see one of these just to piss off the people who made them.

Of course, they're funded by big tobacco as part of the settlement that they have to promote anti-smoking education, so I'm sure that's the effect they want them to have.

I hate smoking with a passion. But since the two most addictive and lethal substances are already legal, I don't understand all the billions of dollars they pour into anti-drug and anti-smoking campaigns.

Either pass a new prohibition act, or legalize everything else. Either way, all that money should go to schools or some shit. And for fucks sake, stop subsidizing tobacco farmers, ya goddamn hypocrites.

I hate all the "The cigarette is dead" ads. No, it's not. People still smoke. A lot. I don't know what they're trying to accomplish.

If you guys wanna see the anti-California of the world then go to Malaysia. You can smoke ANYWHERE. I was in a shopping mall (a normal enclosed one and not open air) and there were people shopping for clothes just smoking inside. I had to do a double take.
