McCain didn't ask Lieberman to be his running mate because of Lieberman's last name. Unfortunately, it sounds Jewish, and the absolute worst thing that could ever happen to this country is if a jew got any kind of position of power. Now granted, I don't know Lieberman's personal politics and his religion is none of my business, but if he wants to be taken seriously, he should consider changing his name to something more patriotic and American sounding, Like McLieberman. Or McBerman (getting rid of the lie) or even McMan (getting rid of the Lieber). I mean, Joe is certainly a good All-American sounding name. But Lieberman?? Man, he should be pissed at his parents for saddling him with that embarrassing ethno-centric monstrosity. That's almost as bad as Obama, which sounds like something an African would call himself. Sheesh.
