NEW VERSION OF THE SITE!!!
yeah, so i taught myself CSS (cascading style sheets) and it's a GREAT way to make interesting functional and easy to edit websites! i redesigned the site utilizing it very well, imho, so, let me know what you think! http://www.vynsane.com

Hey, fucker. I looked at it, and it worked awesome even on my piss poor computer complete with internet explorer. I read your rant, and am convinced that a change would be for the best. Do I just download one of the other ones and let it rip, or is there more to it than that? Off to the computer forum to post I guess......
Great work on the site, though. Works sweet.

thanks, guys... yeah, i'm actually pretty pleased with how it turned out...
jj - i'd really recommend either mozilla or mozilla firebird. netscape is good, but it's built on mozilla, so might as well go for the original. you just have to download the installation package, and double-click on it to install, except for firebird. since that one is still in "beta testing" (although it's the best browser out there...) it just comes in a .zip file, which you have to unzip, and then you can just put the folder anywhere and create a shortcut link to the file "mozillafirebird.exe" on your desktop, or in the "quick launch" bar of your taskbar (if you have windows 98 or above...)
opera also bites donkay nutes, because it doesn't support some of the things i did with this site - like on the index page where the site starts, i have everything anchored to the bottom right corner, specified in the amount of pixels the object is from the right edge and the bottom - well, in opera it doesn't work at all! so fuck opera, too...
mozilla and (IMO) firebird is the way to go!
