Is the Clone Wars animated series all released?? I never thought much of it, figured I would run across it sometime, but whatever
A buddy of mine wants to know if part 2 was ever released and I can't figure out if it had or not- sorry for such a dated question :mabs:

Yep, they are. I can burn a copy of one or both if you'd like.

Except the episodes where Kit Fisto and Saesee Tiin go grabblin'. I think they're saving those for the Deluxe Edition.

Well, they're done for now. Supposedly the first TV series Lucas has in the works is an ongoing 3D CG Clone Wars series. Between the books, comics, games, toys, original cartoon, and the new one, I don't think Anakin even had time for a bathroom break in between films.

The good news is I have both Clone Wars discs.

The bad news is that I cannot, in fact, burn them (I thought we had a burner at work but I was wrong).

Sorry fellows. BSLOS to follow soon.

I tried to copy them - I can't get it to work (the protection is more powerful than I can deal with).

The comparison between the first and second "seasons" is no comparison at all - worry about getting the 5 longer ones (21-25), they're way, way better.

Dear me, the aroma of heterosexuality is certainly quite pungent to the point of being outright intoxicating in this discussion. My compliments, good sir.

Here's another kinda dumb question...

In Wargames, after Matthew Broderick has already hacked into the W.O.P.R. and caused the Dept of Defense to go to DefCon 4, who decided NOT to cancel the High School Field Trip to the NORAD Bunker? And by that I mean, who the fuck okayed a High School Field Trip to NORAD in the first place?

I was at the real NORAD (Cheyenne Mountain) for 3 years. It looks nothing like what was in Wargames. Actually, if you ever watched the Stargate TV show, there was a portion of the intro that was filmed there at the entrance of the tunnel. I knew the SP that was walking near the entrance. I think the asteroid movie that came out at the same time as Armeggedon where Morgan Freeman was President was filmed while I was there, too. Don't know for sure because I never saw it. Anyway...

There were school field trips and other groups (like the Boy Scouts) that came through weekly. I occasionally helped with the tour through the engineering portion. There were 3 groups there. One watched things orbiting the earth. One watched for missile/rocket launches worldwide. And the other watched for aircraft approaching the US and Canadian border. There were Canadian military stationed there. There were 3 secure rooms. Two groups were in one, the other group was in another, and the other one was the room full of status screens that the commanders looked at. There was light outside of each of these rooms saying weather or not they were letting anyone in. What probably happen if the threat-con went up is that the civilians would simply have been escorted out of the facility. Of course, that was pre-9/11 and I think they moth-balled it.

Dumb question...Did Melissa McCarthy take over the job of being in every comedy from Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn?

No, but she did take the "Every character I play is the exact same unlikable douche in every fucking movie I'm in" title from Vince Vaughn and Jason Bateman.
