...every fucking asshole who embeds an automatically-playing video ad in a web page.
They all suck, but the worst are the ones they keep replaying, no matter how many times you stop them.
Actually, I take that back. The worst are the ones that are so far down the page you don't see them, especially when your volume is almost as low as it can go, and suddenly your laptop starts buzzing, and it takes you about a minute to figure out that it's audio from a video.
These assholes need some gorilla buttfucking on their way into the rocket that will send them to the moon without a spacesuit, where they will painfully decompress and spread gorilla sperm into the cosmos.
