Oh man that is awesome! I want to see the Carrie Kelly figure.

EDITED: Checked them out. They're very "Frank". Could have been made a little grimier looking but that wouldn't sell toys.

I have the DC Multiverse figures of TDKR Batman and Robin from a few years back.
I'm happy with those.

Yeah, I think I have the old DC Direct versions of Bats and Supes in a box somewhere.

I broke down & finally purchased a Tantive IV hallway set from Amazon. I kept waiting for it to go to clearance, but it has been months. Tossed in an IG-11 TVC figure as well because what the heck.

My Marvel Legends purchases have been becoming more and more spartan over time, but I grabbed a Sleepwalker today.

Fanatics is partnering with Hasbro to bring back the Starting Lineup figures in September. It was announced back in April, but I just heard about it today. I am curious what they are going to look like and how much they are going to cost. They don't need to be super articulated. I still pick up the vintage Starting Lineup figures at the flea market or antique stores if the price is reasonable.

Fanatics also got the exclusive rights to make baseball cards, then turned around and bought Topps.

I heard about it a while back but I'm still waiting to see images.
The McFarlane sports stuff was always cool, unless you wanted a regional player.
I almost never saw a Detroit player in stores (when they made a Detroit player). You would think they would've pushed the regional players a bit more.

McFarlane made a ton of Red Wings figures and a Joey Harrington. I have the Joey Harrington figure and mounted it on a piece of wood for my fantasy football league's "biggest draft bust" trophy.

Yeah, but you wouldn't know it in Michigan unless you went to ebay or a comic con.
That was literally the only place I ever saw them.

McFarlane didn't like Buffalo. They only made Gilbert Perreault and 2 Ryan Millers for the Sabres, despite making a Mogilny and Hasek in 2 other uniforms each. They made a Hasek in Buffalo's black/red uniform, but that was before they had the NHL license, so instead of the Sabres logo, the jersey has NHLPA. They never went back and gave Hasek a proper Sabres figure. For the Bills, they made Bledsoe, McGahee, and Sammy Watkins but never got around to making any of the legends.

Not long ago I found my Hanson brothers figures.
I need a good place to display then.

I got them on clearance at a KB Toys, probably close to 20 years ago. They are on the corner of my desk with a Johnstown Chiefs puck, a 2010-11 Donruss Michael Ontkean card, and a fake Hanson Brothers FHL PIM Leaders card I printed on cardstock. At one point I had Bob and Doug McKenzie figures watching them from behind the glass.

I also have the Hanson's business card somewhere.
I was at a Red Wings Stanley Cup celebration in '97 and briefly met their manager. Unfortunately, the guys weren't there though.

Also, MacFarlane released an image of an upcoming Speeding Bullets Superman figure.

For those that didn't read it: Speeding Bullets was a great Elseworlds story where the Waynes discovered baby Kal-El's crashed ship and raised him as their son, Bruce. It was a well done mashup of the Batman and Superman stories.
