I hate to be the one to tell you this, but many of those pills come with instructions about exercise to be done with your penis along with taking the pills. Why not buy some of them big foam hulk gloves??
Or alternately, you could hollow out a pumpkin or something and got nuts- after you're done you could wash it out and practice pumpkin carving, get a head-start on Halloween
