THE GAYEST SHOW I EVER SEE!!

most tv sucks these days, but there are some shining examples of good writing, acting, camera work, etc... we call those Deadwood and Arrested Development. Family Guy sucks ass, though...

Moderators: Batman, Zero, John Madden, Bob Ross, General Zod, Richard Simmons

So, next year, when there are 14 CSI shows on (CSI:Fargo, CSI:Akron, etc), 12 Law & Order shows ( Law & Order: Secret Files, Law & Order: Dick Wolf has a bagel for breakfast), and 100 insipid reality shows and you people are all bitching about why is there nothing good and original on television...well, I'll look back on this day and said you had your chance and instead you watched BONES.

i don't watch bones.

actually, i watch very little of anything these days. seems there's less and less time in the day. seriously, i think the rotation of the earth sped up or something. we're at like a 21.5 hour day now. anywhere from 5 - 6.5 of which is spent sleeping, 3 commuting, 7 working, 1 eating, 2 bathing/putting the baby to sleep which leaves 2 hours a day (in our new 21.5 hour day) to relax. and by next week that will be down to 1.75 hours.

Worse, there are NO sitcoms on. At all.

And don't bring up shit like Two and a Half Men. That's just a turd waiting to get flushed.

Hell, that is the only traditional style sitcom I can watch. Every other sitcom I watch is in the Earl/Office/Scrubs style, which are more like 30 minutes movies.

Didn't mean to offend, but I never could get into it. Not that this is the first time we've disagreed or anything, though. :)

I actually missed Pushing Daisies last night. Didn't mean to. I just don't watch much TV, and noticed it was 8:55 at, well, 8:55. Sorry. Not like I'm a Nielsen viewer, though, so it doesn't count. I suspect Night Rider will drop off quickly as people realize it sucks cock.

If the channels aired re-runs still, instead of all this midseason replacement bullshit and such, some shows like this could find an audience over the summer. Aside from Heroes, which is rerun on G4, and the occasional Fox "encore presentation" less than a week later, I can't think of the last time I saw a re-run. I'd rather watch a Pushing Daisies I've already seen in July than the fucking Singing Bee or whichever snigtarded singing show is on ABC.

Here is a perfectly wonderful oppurtunity to use the Purple Spoiler .

Can anarky resist the siren call of upcoming plot points? CAN HE?

The Piemaker's long lost father will be played by George Hamilton.

Emerson Cod's baby mama will be played by Gina Torres who was awesome on Firefly and Alias.

I dare you not to look, bitch.

Well, a slight bump in the ratings staves off execution for another week. Still losing to that pile of Poo called Knight Rider. God, I hate America.

Eh, not strictly PD related, but I was taking our VFX Asst Editor over to the control room on the mix stage and it's in the same building as a bunch of the ADR booths. D.B. Sweeney got on the elevator with us and I shook his hand and talked to him about his new show Crash (which is why he was there doing ADR) for a few minutes. 8) It was kinda cool to chat with guy that was excellent in Fire in the Sky and Lonesome Dove.

When I got back to the office, my boss asked me if I said "ToePick" to him. Shit, I totally forgot about that one.
