Actually, I feel I should spend some time in The Negative Zone for posting it. Perpantor sucks.

I don't know which of those movies is more brilliant Mr. Perpantor sir. While I appreciate Mr. Nelson's earnest debut performance and the extremely subiconographic metaphor addressed in his film, I would be remiss to point out the strong cultural subtext of Steven Spielberg's unheralded masterpiece about brown people. I think Mr. Perpantor is just the right kind of strong guiding hand we need around here. Does anyone else think so?

Wow. Negative Boy = Sycophantic ball licker. Grovel at feet much?

I just watched The Good Shepard which was billed as "the Godfather of Spy movies". It was good, but it was hardly on par with the Godfather, for pete's sake. Which made me start thinking about what IS a really snappy cloak and dagger spy movie?

I thought the movie sucked, but the book was fucking awesome.

I thought Spy Game with Robert Redford and Brad Pitt a couple years ago was pretty good. Especially, Redford's character using old school cold war tactics against his "friends" in the "New CIA 2.0".

The Bourne movies were decent. I was underwhelmed the first time I saw them, but subsequent viewings made me reevaluate them.

I shall check out "Confessions". I've been watching older movies I missed out on.
