Uatu left out that Action Online was actually a plot by Perpantor. Though it makes no sense that he'd start an evil scheme that undermined his brother's evil schemes and then bitch about people killing him off.

it was ret-conned for exactly that reason. it didn't make sense in light of his apparent relation.
