They did.

She was an extremely lazy head swap with Hoth Leia, who was scared proportionally, so Toryn ended up being the equivalent of a foot shorter than she should've been.

Well, what we all suspected is official now.

At this point, I'm expecting whatever the intro is to Ahsoka to be interrupted by a record scratch, and switch over to the Rebels intro.

Because this show is totally Rebels Season 5.

I wonder if it will somehow develop into a modified version of the Thrawn Trilogy.

I've been thinking that for a while. And I don't think I'm the only one.

Five years post-ROTJ, Thrawn returns, and the New Republic is ignoring the threat. De-aging actors (and casting their kids) is pretty close to perfected. Mount Tantiss reintroduced in The Bad Batch. I'll be shocked if this storyline resolves without finally introducing Mara Jade and Talon Karrde.

If you didn't play the prequel trilogy on Disney Infinity, they changed the story up a bit, and I thought it was pretty good. (Granted, I haven't seen the much of the Clone Wars cartoons). The game starts with ATOC, but uses things from TPM and never gets to ROTS. They didn't have Qui-Gon or Dooku, added Ahsoka, and gave Yoda a more active role. General Grievous was the first boss and Darth Maul basically replaced Dooku.

I was thinking they could re-imagine the Thrawn trilogy the same way, but using the characters from Rebels and Ahsoka.

Here are the cut scenes from the game if you are interested.

With everyone focusing on all the cool Easter eggs in the trailer for The Mandalorian Season 3, is everyone missing a potential massive doozy?

Din looks to me like he's on Atollon. Are we going to see the motherfucking Bendu in live action? Because that would be fucking insane.

Are we digging Andor?

It’s slowly paced, but I’m liking it. It’s like Star Wars for adults. By the time it’s finished, Cassian will have more screen time than Luke, Leia, and Han…combined.

They put out the first three episodes for the premiere. Which was a smart calculation. I think it might’ve been a little too slow if it had just been the first episode.

Agreed. Releasing the first 3 was a smart move. I liked Book of Boba Fett, but Andor is much better so far. I had to crank up the volume because they were talking softly.

On a side note, supposedly Pablo Jill was almost one of the bodies on display in that Imperial Building in Obi-Wan.

I was thinking Andor was what Solo could’ve/should’ve been if they hadn’t turned the movie into a fan service wankfest.

Yeah, I like that it didn't have very many Easter eggs. There was a Y-Wing parked in that lot, and that was about it. I know certain characters are going to show up later, but they are part of the story that leads to Rogue One, and not just random PT or OT characters wandering through the scene.

One thing I didn't get was: Which army's ship was it that crashed in the flashback?

The insignia looked like the Confederacy of Independent Systems. But that insignia also looks like the one the Imperial scientists wear in Rogue One, because the entire galaxy has only ever had two graphic designers. Based on his age and Maarva saying the Republic would be there soon (obviously implying the Republic is still around), I'm guessing CIS.
