I found it particularly amusing that they "fired" him by simply refusing to pay the vouchers he was turning in. I don't know if that's true (probably not) but it's damn funny. I can see Joe Q. being a douche like that.

i don't know what's sadder... that ACTUALLY happening to him and him then telling people on the internet that it happened, or that NOT actually happening to him and him LYING about it happening while telling people on the internet.

either way it's pretty sad. probably the more sad of the two options is the one that really happened, simply because it's the one that really happened.

Funny as it is, I lean toward it not happening. There would've been a work-for-hire contract involved, and if Robbie sent in a voucher for work completed and they simply didn't pay it--especially if, as he says, this happened several times--Marvel would be in a shitload of legal trouble. That's very simple contract law 101. They're not that stupid.
