Adrian Grenier should play Namor. Only because he ironically played Aquaman in James Cameron's faux-blockbuster on Entourage. Then he could be a comic trivia answer.

Dude, those guys are way too old. If you were making a Luke Cage movie in the early 90s, then yes. But not 2014.
That's like saying Robert Redford should be Captain America, Burt Reynolds should be Iron Man, and James Caan should play Bruce Banner.

Sadly, the problem with Luke Cage is there aren't many notable, good young black actors out there.
At least none that instantly come to mind.

Hey! Ironically, Redford is IN the Cap sequel playing a SHIELD Agent. In the movie, he's Nick Fury's boss (apparently a different boss than Powers Boothe in the Avengers). However, in the comics he was just another Agent, Alexander Goodwin Pierce.
