I am missing the second to last issue of the 2010 X-Men series. It ran for 41 issues. I have 39, then 41. I looked up my list on cbrealm to see where the missing issue might be, and I don’t have it checked. Well, damn.
Also, smaller X-Men ongoings that popped up while I was sorting. There was a second X-Men Unlimited series that predated Astonishing X-Men by a few months. There was a Young X-Men series, a second Xtreme X-Men series, and a second X-Men Legacy series starring Legion. So I’ll have to figure out where the fick those get slotted in to the sort.
Even though it was a miniseries, I left Schism in between the end of the 2012 X-Men run, and the beginning of the ‘Uncanny’ and ‘Wolverine and the’ runs. They had the ‘Regenesis’ banner at the top of the books. That’s where I’m at right now. I think Bendis’ All New X-Men and the next Uncanny run are next, but the All Female team led by Storm is in there somewhere also.
The Sorting. The Fucking Sorting.

Yep that X-Men book is under the regen banner too I believe. That Children of the Atom crossover event was a nightmare to collect, and file... and wasn't really worth either hassle. ><

Re: The Sorting. The Fucking Sorting.
All New X Men started in Jan of ‘13
Uncanny started April ‘13.
And the XX-(wo)Men started July ‘13.
Amazing X-Men came out in ‘14. I think the Blue and Gold books came after that, but that was after Secret Wars, so those would be in the newer boxes upstairs.
I’ll probably finish everything this weekend. Then I can go back and focus on catching up on the reading.

Finished the X-books.
The final ongoings were a short Wolverine and the X-Men series, the second run. And an even shorter Spider-Man and the X-Men series, which was only six issues, but still technically an ongoing. Then I did the ‘other’ ongoings;
- Classic X-Men
- X-Men Universe. This was an early 2000s reprint series that collected 3 issues at a time.
- Professor X and the X-Men
- X-Men Early Years
- X-Men Hidden Years
- X-Men First Class. Both runs, plus the UXM:FC series
- X-Men Forever and XM Forever II.
Then a bunch of minis and surprisingly few single oneshots.
My final dilemma is whether to put X-Statix behind the X-books, or leave it where it is behind X-O Manowar. I could also stick it behind the original X-Force run, but I’m not reshuffling the last eight boxes, so if I do that it will be the next sort.
That leaves two boxes left that are basically presorted. They’ve got X-O, Young Allies, Youngblood, Young Justice, Young Liars, Zatanna, Zorro, and Zero Hour in them.
Each one is about 2/3rds full.
I also have a bunch of empty bag/boards from all the condensing. I’ll need to stick them somewhere, but I know I’ll use them for the original collection re-sort when I merge both collections into one super mega collection.
But that’s way down the road.
Now I can get back to catching up on reading. And once the football season is over, I’ll have even more reading time.
