this is very pre-alpha experimental. i'm even using the daily scribble database/format as the layout for the time-being.

only works with jpg at the moment, and only lets you upload, resize, crop and save the file at the end, no user control panel, no "my avatars" or whatever... but it's quite a start. it basically mimics the function of photoshop in terms of resizing and cropping, so that's freakin' sweet. give it a whirl!
