Hi-res pics for Wave 5 are out.

I had to pull out SW Chronicles to compare the movie Hermie Odle to the figure. He doesn't look quite right, and I think I figured out why. He mouth is open, but it looks hinged like Ephant Mon's so it might be ok. They gave him shorts and a tank top. The pic in the book shows him wearing a cloak similar to Ephant Mon's with sleeves, and his robes cover his legs.

I was very disappointed with the pics of Hermi Odle, C3PO and the EU figures. Yikes. When Leia Starkiller and Pre-Cyborg Grievous are the two you're anticipating..... things are spiralling downward.

I read some threads over on rebelscum. Now I know why Hasbro thinks Star Wars fans are retarded.

Isnt' it ridiculous? I think we've gotten used to filtering out the stupidity at SSG - you know right off the hop that posts from many, many users are going to be inane - but I'm not familiar enough with RS users. Fuck I hate that place - the air of superiority emanating from their frequent users is absolutely awful.

We should challenge them to a softball/football game, pound the shit out of their fat, geeky asses and then see how superior they come off. Idiots.

RS is one of the worst sites ever made. I think you have to shit in a jar and Phillip Wise personally smells it to make sure it doesnt stink to post there.

I say hockey. Not only do we have the classiest Canadians on our side, but it's much easier to make them bleed.

Is this week a Hasbro Q&A week or will it get pushed back because of the holiday?

Star Wars Darth Vader Jumbo Chubby Figure

Post by Newsbot »

Code: Select all

Based on the egg-shaped nesting dolls of old, this Star Wars Darth Vader Jumbo Chubby Figure comes as an import from Asia and is loaded with great detail. Not only does this 9 1/2-inch figure carry a mighty lightsaber, but he has tons of little painted details which bring him to life. This figure is a Sith Lord like no other, and he's ready to fight. Be sure to order yours now from somewhere.

The VSTC figures finally went on clearance at Target. I got my $10 gift card from MyPoints, and bought IG-88, Bossk, and Hoth Han. So I ended up paying $15 for the 3 of them.

The only reason I picked up Han was because there were 3 left, and the other 2 had messed up paint jobs on his head. I'll wait for the price on Luke & Leia to drop again before I buy them. If it doesn't, oh well. I don't need them anyway.

I'm waiting on Luke & Leia, but would love to find Han. Hopefully I can get him before too long. The Bounty Hunters are unreal.

All 3 of them seem to have issues with holding their weapons. Han's holster doesn't work very well, either. I will probably try using some of the older versions weapons to see if they fit better.
