Cracker Barrel
Is there any better really? Fuckin good food. I wanted to eat the damn menu it was so full of good shit. I had pot roast that was slow roasted for 14 hrs(according to the menu) and yes, the shit broke when the fork touched it and it melted in my fuckin mouth. I had the only chow down session.

Re: Cracker Barrel
Ruby Tuesday opened up here finally. They apparently "fancied it up" between the time I moved west and the chain came out here. It sucked. And it didn't last long. A restaurant in the parking lot of a busy office complex, in the middle of a heavy shopping district, across the street from the only Costco and Sam's in the area, and it lasted a few months. Pathetic.

Ruby Tueday is the place we go to only when we're sick of going to other places (Applebees, Chilis, etc.). Their food is nothing special -certainly no different from the aforementioned chain restaurants- and the one closest to us is about 45 minutes away.

Most restaurants lose their appeal when you can't eat 90% or more of the menu.
The food itself sounds amazing, but actually going not so much.
I was pleasantly surprised that Olive Garden had a gluten free menu. It was a small one, but they had a few good choices on it.

tell me about it... we're not fully gluten-free, but we've cut out all processed grains. you really can't eat anywhere but home when you do that.Diabolical wrote:Most restaurants lose their appeal when you can't eat 90% or more of the menu.
