X-Men, X-Men Origins, Wolverine, etc.

movies are cool. here is a place to talk about how cool they are. or maybe how much they suck, sometimes. like that fucking piece of shit 'mac and me'. worst fucking movie ever, a two-hour ad for fucking coca-cola.

I picked up the DoFP Rogue Cut DVD at Walmart the other day. The extra 18 minutes of footage were mostly Iceman and Magneto head back to the X-Mansion to rescue Rogue who's being held captive inside the old Cerebro sphere room. On the way out, Bobby is killed so Eric can get her back to the X-plane. Then she takes over for the wounded Kitty back at the base. It didn't add anything to the story, other than to shoehorn Anna Paquin into the film. I can see why they reshot it so Kitty just muscles thru her claw wounds.
It also has the theatrical version, which I'll probably watch going forward. It's easily top 3 or 4 of the X-Men films, depending if you count Deadpool.

Hugh Jackman has been playing Wolverine for 17 years. Here, now, is his finale.

I finally just watched Apocalypse and wasn't too impressed. Worst of the 3 new movies, which I guess makes the "third one is always the worst" joke kinda funny? Or Ironic? Or maybe just lame.

Logan. Holy shit, what a fantastic movie. As I was watching it, I was thinking, 'Objectively, if I wasn't a huge comic nerd, am I watching an oscar caliber film??' Both Jackman and Stewart give amazing performances and their interaction is so genuine. And the performance of the little girl with both of them is wonderful as well. It's a dark film about two broken down old men, survivors of tragedy.

I didn't cry when Xavier died, and I didn't cry when Logan loses it at his grave. And I didn't lose it when Logan died. But when she pulls the cross out of the ground and tips it on its side at the end I almost started bawling like a baby. As it was I managed to keep it somewhere between lump in my throat and a few tears welling in my eyes. Stupid movie giving me the feels.

A glorious send off to both Wolverine and Professor X.

I finally saw it last night. Fucking amazing. I honestly didn't need that level of violence or language though, they were distracting (so many eff bombs in the first 10 minutes I was rolling my eyes) & honestly detracted from the movie in a few spots as far as I was concerned.

Man, Josh Brolin is gonna make $1 Billion at the box office in the month of May. Disney should’ve found a way to sneak him into Han Solo somewhere.

It really speaks poorly of human nature when this photo is posted on the Deadpool Facebook page, and 95% of the comments are bitching that Domino is black, and the other 5% are defending the casting choice, but everyone is missing the really important issue here: that is some truly glorious cleavage.

But Domino is not of African descent. She is white. Not Caucasian, but white. White with a black spot over her eye.

But still, nice tits.

Anyone else wondering if there is another white spot around one of her nips?

I saw her in a minor role in the awful Geostorm movie a couple weeks ago, but her performance was memorable enough that I imdb’d her and saw she was playing Domino.
So I am delighted with the casting choice.
And the bosom.

I wonder who got the job of tucking the necklace end in between there? Is there an online application?
