I watched the first episode of Combiner Wars.

How do you take the IDW G1 designs, make a series loosely based on the comic, and fuck it up so incredibly badly?
I think Hasbro is giving us the mature G1 cartoon we've demanded, but making it awful on purpose. Which sounds like a tinfoil hat conspiracy, but they did scuttle both Resolute and Renegades with such timing that made it seem they were trying to keep fron competing with the live action movies.
