This is the other guy I see as pretty close to "non fail" right now. Another thing on my list to read is the volume of Captain America before this one, with the Cassaday art followed by Jae Lee.

Again, 616 emphasized by me, for my reference later. Maybe I'll wind up with chronologically sorted boxes for each other, regardless of which title they're writing. That would make complete sense. :frus: :frus: :frus:

His X-Men run wasn't all that. It wasn't a goat bukakke, but it was underwhelming.

And his Capt America run petered out in that third series (1-19, 2011-12). I think he overstayed on that character just a mite too long. Also, handing the series over to Remender wasn't cricket and deserves a nutshot. (I don't care if it was his call or not, he's partly responsible.)

That Iron Fist run he co-wrote with Fraction and it kicked ass. The Winter Soldier ongoing was pretty good as well.
"No Tom Foolery today, Ron. I'm tired of looking at your dreadful, speckled mug."
"Why do you hurt me in this way, Harry?"
”It’s a grid system motherfucker. Eleven up and one over, you simple bitch.”

Brubaker applied to be Bizzaro The Grip's fluffer, but lacked experience. He got an internship as Ronald McDonald's personal asswiper, and drew the attention of Joe Quesada.

I remember very clearly Vulcan & them fucking with the GS1/94 history. I didn't hate that whole story at the time, it had me pretty engrossed, especially the limited series. I know I have "Winter Kills" here somewhere, but think I can find it? :frus:
