Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's take on the L.A. Clippers Owner

Post by Ran »

I'm not a basketball fan, but this kind of transcends sports.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has a very interesting take on the whole LA Clippers' owner thing. He brings up some really good points about society, the girlfriend, and the media.

It's disgusting on a number of levels. His attitude obviously, but her conniving & obvious trolling with intent to record the conversations is also very noticeable - and profitable for her. Stupid old man thinking with his wrinkly cocknballs.

I'm sickened by the "ready, fire, aim" aspect of it. Even before all of the evidence was out his head was cut off and resting on the chopping block.

What the dude said was wrong.

But I don't see how something he said in what he thought was privacy, illegally recorded, has any bearing on his ability to do his job or not.

The guy from the local NAACP was forced to resign because of his plans to honor Sterling. He managed to ignore all of the other crap Sterling did because of the money he donated.
