Running old software
I have a program that I want to run that required Windows 95, 98, or 2000. It won't install on this computer. It is a sports card collection database program. I actually got the database file off of my old computer, but it is password protected and I can't figure out how to open it.

I'm running Windows 7. When I clicked on the install icon on the cd, the computer thought about it for a second, then pretended I didn't ask it to do anything.

So I go to the computer and wake it up from sleep mode. The install screen for the program is there and now it works. Maybe I have up too soon last night.
