KMart has the Phineas/Perry set for $12.99. It is out of stock online, but the website will tell you if any stores near you have it in stock.

my local store had it available for local pickup so i bit. that had to be a mistake, since $12.99 is the price for individual figures. i'll see if they actually give me the two-figure set or try to give me a single one.

Got it. $14 after tax. Maybe it's a mistake, maybe it's because the Crystal Agent P just came out as a TRU Exclusive.

Best Buy has a deal where you get a free figure when you pre-order 2.0. Supposedly the Spiderman set works as the free figure.

Oh, and I have some duplicate power discs. If any of you have a similar problem, maybe we can work out a trade.

My kids are excited about 2.0. We'll probably skip the Marvel starter set and go with the one that comes with Stitch and the girl from Brave. They want all of the announced Disney Originals. For some reason, they also want Black Widow and the green girl from Guardians of the Galaxy. Must be a girl power thing. They said they would let me get Spider-man.

The announced characters so far are:

Marvel Super Heroes
Iron Man
Captain America
Hulk
Black Widow
Thor Odinson
Hawkeye
Nick Fury
Loki Laufeyson
Spider-Man
Venom
Iron Fist
Nova
Green Goblin
Star-Lord
Gamora
Rocket Raccoon
Groot
Drax the Destroyer
Ronan the Accuser
Yondu
Falcon

Disney Originals:
Maleficent
Merida
Stitch
Tinker Bell
Aladdin
Jasmine
Donald Duck
Hiro Hamada
Baymax
(And Mulan is rumored)

Hiro and Baymax are, of course, on the wrong list.
They are not Disney "originals". They're Marvel.

We just got this yesterday. My only gripe so far is that the screen doesn't merge up during 2 player like it does in Lego - I keep trying to reposition my character to get it to merge. Is there a way to change a setting so that it will be one big screen during 2 player play?

Blah. Guess I'll have to get used to it. I'm going to buy the Spider-Man & Guardians playset packs at some point so we have all the premade Marvel levels, hopefully I can catch a sale or something. The individual figures are going to ruin my financially I'm sure.

Best Buy is going to have a sale on figures ($9.99) and playsets ($24.99 - $10 off) next week. Should be able to price match at Target, too.

Nice. We'll see what the Canadian stores have to offer.... I should have just started buying the figures at Christmas.

I think they are going to announce Infinity 3.0 next week featuring Star Wars.

You can play for free on PC, Android, or Apple now.

They did. A while back. :)

My point for dredging this up: a Captain EO playable character is rumored for a future release.

I'd be the first in line to buy that figure, game or no.

If you don't own Wreck It Ralph, you can get him for $3.99.
