I have both the Classic NES and SNES.
I just had to have those fuckers, but damn if the nostalgia wears off quick.

Haven't had time to dig into SNES much, but Starfox hurts the eyes and Donkey Kong Country is a lot more simplistic than I remember.

Nintendo finally announced that Animal Crossing would be released for iPhone. It comes out late next month. My kids are excited. I'll probably end up playing it, too.

I haven't played it, but my kids(and apparently the rest of everyone else everywhere) are going ape ass over Cuphead. My son beat it on normal and is trying to do expert or whatever the next hardest level is. I have to say the animation style and music are pretty sweet.

The ads for Wolfenstein 2 are pretty intense. I won't get it or play it, just saying.

I spend the $20/month on PlayStation Now. Beat Lego Indiana Jones, but didn't go back for the extras yet. Yesterday, I played Lego Batman 3 with my youngest daughter while my wife and older daughter went to the store. She's into The Flash, so we played for a couple hours until we unlocked him.

The $20/month seems worth it. It gives access to a ton of games.

I kind of stopped using the Topps Digital Star Wars card collecting app (and the football, hockey, and baseball as well). Not sure if JJReason is still using it. Anyway, Topps is coming out with a Marvel version.

Thanks for the heads up. I tried to download & use the Marvel app but it told me my username was taken. That was enough of a stumbling block so I'm done before I even get going. Star Wars & the 3 sports are more than enough for me anyhow. I've actually been spending money on the stupid things and that was mental "hard no" for me when I started.

I never spent money on any of those apps. It seemed like the odds of getting cards using the free in-game money seemed to get worse and worse, if they were even available at all. When I got my new phone, I just didn't feel like doing the grind anymore.

Instead, I started collecting physical cards again. I've been mostly sticking with hockey and baseball from the late 70s to the early 80s. If I see original Star Wars cards, I pick them up if the price is right.

I’d get back into cards again, but I’d be a goddamn completist and probably spend way too much hunting down the last couple cards of a set, only to start the entire process all over again when the next set came out.

Older, wiser Me knows foolhardy younger Me when he sees him and tells him to knock that shit off.
I like older wiser Me.

My friends got me a Sega Genesis classic when I moved out to the prairies. Until this week it stayed in the box. So far I have played NHL 94 & Sonic the Hedgehog - yes, it looks better than the movie trailer.

I found COD: Infinite Warfare ar Five Below recently.
Haven't played it yet, but I still haven't played BF2 either.

The game looks good, even if some of the character designs don't.

i bought "No Man's Sky" (for the second time) for XBONE. it was $26 at target and i was in bestbuy getting a new phone, so i got a price-match on it. i had originally bought it through STEAM for PC, but i didn't have a PC at the time and my wife's laptop was just barely capable. such a gorgeous game.

i want to get one of the Forza Horizon games, too. i love racing games.
Life is short. STUNT IT!

Anyone try Trailer Park Boys Greasy Money? It is a phone app. Just downloaded it myself.
