Re: Hasbro's Marvel figures
I found out there's a Kate Bishop Hawkeye 6" figure.
It's in a TRU 3 pack with Vision (All-New Avengers) and Falcon America (sans wings - WTF?).
All I want is Hawkeye, dammit. I suppose I could toss the other two on ebay if I can get it.

Re: Hasbro's Marvel figures
Has anyone else noticed that both the Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series have really stepped up their game recently, especially on the likenesses? Are they finally using the facial scanning technology?
Marvvel has always been pretty good with the MCU likenesses, but they've been knocking it out of the park lately.
I recently picked up the Netflix Punisher and Daredevil figures and both are really good likenesses. And the Jessica Jones figure (I didn't have the money for her at the time, dammit) is pretty incredible. The GotG likenesses were pretty dead on and the new Thor and Loki are pretty impressive too (even though Loki looks a bit too pale).
The new SW BS are a pretty big step up by the looks of them also.

Re: Hasbro's Marvel figures
I've seen the Netflix wave, and Jessica Jones is so accurate, I expected her to overdose on crystal meth while Walter White watched.
I don't have Sabine, but I'm especially impressed with the Rebels figures (including Thrawn). Getting such good human likenesses from abstract cartoon art has to be tough. Hera in particular is a gorgeous figure.
Also, Death's Head II looks just like the Minion cyborg.

Re: Hasbro's Marvel figures
The Black Panther series is hitting shelves.
I picked up BP himself, as I missed the blink-and-miss-it Walmart exclusive Civil War BP. Hell, this could be a repack of it for all I know.
The alternate T'Challa head looks quite a bit like Chadwick Boseman.
The BAF is Okoye, a bald, black chick - possibly the one from Civil War that gets in Black Widow's face.
BP comes with just her head.
This is an odd wave. 3 Black Panther figures: Black Panther, Erik Killmonger, and Nakia, and 3 comic Marvel Universe figures: Blackbolt (with belching contest face), Namor (the Walgreens one looked far better), and Iron Man (looking like he's from an animated series, especially the goofy Stark head).

Has anyone seen a ML Thing at Walgreens yet?
He's the last of the Walgreens exclusive Fantastic Four wave - I guess you could call it a wave with all 6 FF related characters spread out - Namor, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Mr Fantastic, Silver Surfer, and Thing.
I've got the 3 FF and found a Silver Surfer yesterday. Fuck Namor.

I haven’t seen Surfer, but I saw Medusa the other day.
"No Tom Foolery today, Ron. I'm tired of looking at your dreadful, speckled mug."
"Why do you hurt me in this way, Harry?"

Found Ben Grimm today. That mofo is huge, similar in size to the Age of Ultron Hulk.
Now that I have the entire FF (and Silver Surfer), I'm not sure if I should open them or hang onto them for a bit.

Havent seen Surfer yet. I don’t check Walgreens that often. But also I don’t think they’ll sell out if they get any in.

Walgreens around here are hit or miss. One might never get something while the store 3 miles away has new stuff.
Hell, one still has several Emperor's Wrath Vader.

Re: Hasbro's Marvel figures
Saw Scarlet Spider(Kaine) at WM and picked him up last week. Saw Cloak & Dagger.
They looked pretty cool, so I went back and got them yesterday.
Didn’t see Elektra or Spider-Man, but if I see them i might as well try and get everyone to make SP//dr
Haven’t gotten an entire wave to make the build a figure in forever.

Re: Hasbro's Marvel figures
I haven't bought a Legends figure in at least 9000 years, but if I see these at retail I will not be able to pass. Build a figure too hilarious:

I saw “Jubilee” but it was actually that super shitty Emma Frost from the very first Hasbro wave that someoneDiabolical wrote:The wave with Gambit, Beast, and Jubilee are hitting shelves.

had returned in the Jubilee package (and without the BAF piece) and the WM people didn’t know the difference and put back on the pegs.
