the new muppet show figures are the coolest things on the face of the planet... the first series contains kermit, piggy, dr. teeth and bunsen honeydew, and a playset of muppet labs with beaker. they rock!!!

The only one I'd be interested in getting would be Kermit. And it would be the green one with the movie camera, rather than the one with the Tuxedo. It's not easy being green.

Miss Piggy sucks anus. God what a fucking annoying piece of pork...

Who has pics of these? I saw that they were out but so far I haven't seen any pics. I like the idea od Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker. Always liked Beaker. never did take to kermit or Piggy. Dr. Teeth sounds cool, wonder how long before Floyd and Animal follow?
So how big are these figures then? If they're a decent size I might shell out for them. But not if they're too big.

I hope they do Captain Link Hogthrob and Dr. Strangepork. Piiiiiiiiigs iiiiiiiiin spaaaaaace!

both floyd and animal are in series 2!!! animal comes with the drum set playset! it looks awesome... check out http://www.palisadestoys.com - there are plenty of pics on there! they're about 6" tall each. the second set consists of floyd, gonzo the great, fozie bear and crazy harry, plus animal and the drum set.

the third sereis was just announced, and includes scooter, rowlf in tux, lew zealand (the guy who throws boomerang fish) and zoot, the sax player for the band (each set has at least one guy from the band...) with the swedish kitchen and swedish chef as the playset!

yeah, i think palisades is going to be huge... EP, they also are the guys that make the stormshadow and soon to come snake eyes busts... they look awesome!!!

the muppet figures are limited edition, too... i managed to get my brother the first series for his b'day, and never got them for myself yet... gonna have to hunt them down. ebay might be the only way to get dr. teeth and bunsen - i see plenty of kermit and piggy at the local TRU...

Sadlt TRU over here doesn't have many toys these days. Whatever movie or fad is around for the monster kids but nothing interesting. I'm going to have to go to specialist EXPESIVE places for these. Probably only try to get muppet labs playset and Bunsen though. By the time I ad in specialist prices to the actual cost ofproduct and then probable shipping these will cost me the same as the new Shuttle I bet. Don't ever live on an island guys. It suketh mightily.

The state of toys is not much different over here, trust me.

Yesterday, I went out "searching" for a few items. I didn't find anything I was looking for. I'll get whispers of phantoms of things I am looking for, like an empty peg rack or an employees vague, "yeah, I think we might have had those in..." but actually finding a playskool Millennium Falcon, or any of the Marvel Legends, or the new landspeeder is impossible. And I never find the really good stuff at the toy stores. I'll find them at cracker joints like Suncoast Video (The Muppet figures) or Electronics Boutique (A leftover Capt America which I already have). It's quite frustrating having to check EVERYWHERE for something. It used to be covering two or three joints would be enough to get everything you wanted/needed. not anymore. It's like the toy distributors have little interest in selling the cool toys and clog the shelves with Yu-Gi-Oh and MedaBots.

I just got Koozebain Kermit, the Target exclusive. That's right. Target. They finally got their heads out of their asses and realized how cool Muppet toys are and started carrying them. They even had the Swedish Chef playset in the new blue packaging. Cool.

I am getting behind on this series. I need the Pigs, Rizzo, and Sam from the last series and everybody from the new series...wait...So I guess that's like the last two series. I also never saw the Swinetrek Bridge playset with Miss Piggy. For some reason I really want the newscaster. He just looks awesome.

Well it was another slow week for comics, so I made up for it and got Janice and the Newscaster. My Electric Mayhem diorama is complete! I decided to give her the guitar, but I may change it out for the tambourine for variety, since Floyd already has his bass.

I didn't put any of the stickers on the Newscaster wall, since they all seem busy. But he looks bitchin'. I think my next purchase will be Julius and Link...

As promised, I got both the Pigs in Space. But they shall remain in the package until this supposed SwineTrek playset with 1st mate piggy comes out. i also got Gonzo in his snazzy Purple tuxedo. He is definitely coming out of the package. I also noticed a variant Janice figure hanging on the peg. Luckily I got what I think is the better looking of the two, but for you completists out there...

yep, the janice repaint is the one with the silver top. the pink top looks better, but the sunburst paintjob on the variant's guitar looks cooler than the straight white guitar of the regular one... and the vintage looking green amp the variant comes with is bitchin' cool, too... so, i guess it's both for me...
