Mel Tillis, country songwriter.

Looks like David Cassidyof the Partridge Family might be next.

And I type so much about Star Wars that my phone autocorrected his name as "David Cassian."

I was never really into the Partridge family so much. Not sure why, but the Brady Bunch was all over the place in reruns, notsomuch the Partridges.

Earle Hyman. Best known as the elder Dr. Huxtable on The Cosby Show and the voice of the original Panthro.

I was never a Partridge Family fan, either, but it was kind of a cultural behemoth. And "I Think I Love You" is a great pop tune.

Mel Tillis and Terry Bradshaw’s drunk redneck characters from a Cannonball Run almost got spun off into their own TV series.

Porn star August Ames apparently took her own life at age 23, due to a combination of depression and cyberbullying over concerns of doing scenes with men that had previously done gay porn.

That sucks. At least we can all enjoy this pic of him wearing the classic Hartford Whalers green uni.

Pretty sure I have that card.

As far as Whalers' uniforms go, I liked their white uniforms better.

I would hate to be blamed for NOT give equal opportunity to the classic white version. I remember Hartford getting stoned on a breakaway that would have eliminated the Habs in the first round, only to have the Habs come right back down the ice & score a few seconds later..... 92 ish? I don't think it was the year that Habs won all those OT games to win the cup in 93.
