I missed Ultimate Spider-Man #4.
And I recently realized I missed Spider-Boy #4.

I appreciated the small nods to the original in 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes, especially the TV headline stating the Icarus spacecraft had disappeared, implying PotA and RotPotA are connected.

While enjoyable, I still can't help but think of this show as X-Men's Greatest Hits or Cliff's Notes X-Men.
All the big story moments with very minimim impact/emotion.

X-Men and Spider-Man did have a crossover/guest appearances back in the 90s.

The show is fun, but not great.
The stories are simplistic, Cliff's Notes versions of the comics, and the acting leaves a lot to be desired.

Episode 5 was just ok until the action scene at the end.
